September and October have been filled with weddings and events. 

Below are some of the bridal bouquets we created for our stunning brides.

Our Anniversary

Our love of the hydrangea is no secret, especially our staple, the "Mini Green."

This week, as we celebrate our first anniversary, we chose to work with beautiful pink hydrangeas, and then white hydrangeas mixed with some of our other favorites.  We hope you enjoy them.

We had a client call whose wife just gave birth to their first baby girl.  As she is also a lover of hydrangeas, he asked to have as many as we could fit in a vase, and here is what she received.

It starts with the Ingredients...

a hand-poured wax vessel, helleborus, flowering basil, white hydrangeas, Picasso calle lilies, kale and artichokes...

Amazing Dahlias

After a dear friend and client's mother, whose favorite flower was the Dahlia, passed away last Friday, we decided this week would be about Dahlias at Le Fleur. The Dahlia is a genus of bushy, tuberous, perennial plants native to Mexico, Central America and Columbia, and there are at least 36 species. The Dahlia is also known as Tenjikubotan in Japanese, which means "Peony of India." According to the Japanese language of flowers, it means "good taste." Below are some of our favorites.

The color yellow connotes many things, most notably

sunshine, warmth, happiness, fun, friendship, hope and optimism.

May your lives be forever filled with these wonderful blessings,

and may the color yellow always evoke them.

A "Happy" For You!

To finish out the "Haute Summer Nights" trilogy, Laurie and I chose bright and happy sunflowers. Just looking at them brings joy! We thoroughly enjoy working with Biltmore Fashion Park, and we love Emily. Their July events have concluded, but many more to come. Stay tuned.

As we move into August, probably the longest, hottest month of the year in Phoenix, our September brides are making their last finishing touches for their nuptials. We love working with brides-to-be, and we are looking forward to their weddings ~ almost as much as they are.

One of our favorite clients called yesterday requesting a special design for his wife Erica's birthday. Here is what we created for her. We used beautiful Tara roses, rudbeckia, kangaroo paws and, believe it or not, tulips.

In The Heat of July!

For those of you reading this who do not reside in the Valley of the Sun, it is blistering hot down here. The sweltering heat, however, has not deterred the Biltmore Fashion Park from hosting "Haute Summer Nights" for three consecutive Thursdays this month, beginning July 9th. It is a happy hour focused on shopping, fashion, beauty, food and fun! What could be better than that? Our two brides this weekend would tell you their weddings! Yes, weddings in Phoenix in July. Check back next week. It has been a super busy month at Le Fleur, and we are loving it!

Le Fleur Boutique's New Summer Business Hours

The 4th of July is almost here. Le Fleur Boutique will be closed
Saturday, July 4th, in recognition of the holiday.


Beginning July 1st, our new summer business hours for daily deliveries are as follows:
Monday-Friday, 9:00-4:00
Saturday, 9:00-12:00
Wedding/event consultations - evening and weekend appointments available as well.

We will be closely monitoring our messages after hours, so if you call to request a floral delivery for the following day or later in the week, please leave your name and number where you may be reached and we will call you to confirm receipt of your message on the same business day.
