- Le Fleur Boutique is a full-service floral design company in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to providing their clients impeccable service with custom floral designs to make your wedding, event, intimate social gathering or design for someone special unique and remarkable. Our new summer business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 4:00, and Saturday, 9:00-12:00.
